I can’t believe April is already here. I successfully finished reading the books I set aside for March 2018, how about you? However, I am behind and I still need to finish the posts on two of them. I expect these posts will be done in the next couple of days. I was able to sneak another book in under the wire—a favorite from when I was a kid. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to read in April. I think I have put together an interesting array of books. Come check out my reading list and read along with me.
I was able to move the Modern Mrs. Darcy’s reading challenge forward by finishing a book of essays. I don’t believe my selection of books will advance the challenge although it will advance the number of books challenge. This month is some historical non-fiction, a book on ethics, and some books to help me as a business owner for Tubarks Consulting.

David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants
David and Goliath has been sitting on my shelf for a while. I had previously enjoyed reading The Outliers and enjoyed Gladwell’s writing style.

As I mentioned in the January post, I watch the series Band of Brothers during my winter break. This is another look at one the men of Easy Company.

This is a new book being promoted on the podcasting circuit. I have listened to a couple of interviews about the contents. Since his philosophy aligns with mine, I thought it worthwhile to read at this time.

The Ethical Warrior: Values, Morals and Ethics – For Life, Work and Service
This book seems to be on everyone’s reading list. All the podcasts I listen to have mentioned this book. It was time to find out what the buzz was about.
