As I mentioned, I had high hopes for this book. I downloaded it as a Kindle book, and I finished in about 20 minutes. There was really nothing new in this book that I did not figure out by playing with the application and reading a couple of blog posts. With Sue Zimmerman’s expertise on this subject, she could have really put together a worthwhile book. I honestly could not recommend this book.
