Yesterday was a tough day in that we learned one of our dogs was very ill and we had to take her to an animal hospital. I was very impressed with this care facility. They went out of their way to not only take care of our needs but also inform visitors of various care provided for the animals. I thought they did a great job creating a bridge between their physical and virtual locations. This is something I would recommend everyone do.
One the walls throughout the facility, Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center had these signs posted on the walls.
This is something easy to do, and it would take out the mystery if you had a virtual presence or not.
If you have a physical location where you attend to customers, I recommend taking a moment and posting signs to other opportunities where they can receive your support.
