Day four of the Association for Talent Development International Conference and Exposition in New Orleans was packed with sessions and great information. I was whipped by the end of the day. The day began with an inspirational presentation by Daniel Pink and ended with a data-heavy presentation on the state of L&D technologies in high-performing organizations.
Sessions
- Opening General Session with Daniel Pink
- Innovate or Die: Harnessing Generative AI for Maximum Impact
- What to Steal from Famous Games to Create Engaging Learning
- LEGIT! Amping the Value of Organizational Learning With Digital Credentials
- L&D Technology and AI. . . Oh My! What the Research Says
Each of these sessions provided me with something different. Daniel Pink gave me ideas for simplifying my life. The AI sessions gave me new strategies for weaving AI into learning and development. Kark Kapp always imparts smart ways to use game mechanics in the classroom. The digital credentialing session reaffirmed my belief that higher education could do more in this area. Great job by all the presenters.
