Day three of the Association for Talent Development International Conference and Exposition was quite good. A few sessions challenged me to leave my comfort zone to do things I would not normally do. The challenges began with the opening general session.  By the end of the day, I met my monsters and marked up my body.

Robert X Fogarty’s Brain Tattoo Method and story inspired me to mark up my body and sit for a photo. Trust me, this is not something I am comfortable with. It had to have an impact on me.
