Day three of the Association for Talent Development International Conference and Exposition provided another set or rewarding learning experiences.
Priya Parker, author of The Art of Gathering, got day three started with an informative discussion about bringing people together. The focus was understanding the purpose of the gathering. Lots of great things to consider. I also sat in on interesting sessions on using escape rooms in training and strategies for marketing training programs. However, my favorite session was delivered by Bridgett McGowen on giving mic-dropping presentations.
