Day two of the Association for Talent Development International Conference and Exposition was rewarding.
Adam Grant challenged us to spend as much time rethinking as we do thinking. I sat through another session on artificial intelligence. This session was bookmarked with one on using stories to improve training and integrating microlearning into organizational instruction. I have lots of great ideas to explore.
Here are the sessions I attended on day two of ATD-ICE:
- Opening General Session with Adam Grant: Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know. Adam Grant, Organizational Psychologist at Wharton, Bestselling Author of Think Again, and Host of the Podcast WorkLife
- Whodunit? Make Your Content Engaging and Memorable Using Mystery Stories. Mark Schenk, CEO – Anecdote International
- What Will Generative AI Do for You This Year? Sourabh Bajaj, CTO – CoRise | Julia Stiglitz, CEO – CoRise | Karie Willyerd, Chief Customer Strategy Officer – LTG/GP Strategies
- Making Microlearning Work for Your Organization. Robyn Defelice, Learning Strategist – Consultant
