We are about to start a new decade. At the end of the decade, what goals do you want to have completed? How successful have you been in setting and achieving your goals? If you are like me, I struggled meeting my goals. However, I have implemented some strategies that have kept me on track and my success rate has jumped considerably.
As educators, we should be continuously working on our courses. Our goal is to help students learn the content we are sharing. There are many different ways that you can improve your courses. You can weave in open educational resources, incorporate universal design for learning principles, or improve your presentations. Putting together a realistic plan to achieve these goals will help you reach them with greater ease.
In this episode, we are going to discuss strategies for setting and attaining your goals. I also want to share some ideas for you to consider as your goals.
