The last presentation I sat in on was from Oli Billson from Next Level Business. In this presentation, he showed how to use Facebook ads and his Phone Funnel Framework ™ to generate more leads and sales.


Side note: Billson began his presentation with a useful way to display lead generation, prospect generation, and sales. It is something I am going to use with those I work with. It is a way to see how productive advertising campaigns are.

Billson first shared a number of case studies to show the effectiveness of his Phone Funnel Framework ™ method.

He emphasized the importance of working backward in the system. In other words, ensure that your system for generating a sale is operational before you work on lead generation.

With the sale in mind, Billson is focused on getting a phone number so that he can finish the sale. Facebook ads help to accomplish this because the user does not have to leave Facebook to supply the information.

To ensure that the process focuses on a phone number, Billson only targets mobile devices. He uses Facebook lead ads. In this ad, he is capturing name, email, and phone number as well as soliciting permission to send a video to the individual. With this method, you will be generating warmer leads. They are pre-qualifying themselves.

Billson also demonstrated some flow strategies based on how they responded to the ad. You can further retarget based on videos they watched.

The rest of Billson’s presentation went into the nuts and bolts of how to set up the framework. What he shared is quite detailed but I can see how it could make an impact on the bottom line.
