When I need to see how to do something, I immediately head to YouTube. A video is a very powerful tool to get the finer details of a task in a hurry. Using a video in the classroom will lead to higher levels of engagement and interest. With video, you not only get to show the how but you also get to fill in the why. The closer we can get to realism, the stronger the learning opportunity. As educators and instructional technologists, you should be using video to help develop these strong learning moments.
