This morning I had the pleasure to interview Tara Kuipers, a Community Development Educator, University of Wyoming Extension. She is also one of the “20 Under 40 in Wyoming.” In this interview, Tara talks about how she got started in Extension, projects she is working on, and what excites her about extension work.
